Founded in 1976, Development-Management, Inc. (DMI) has developed over 40 community shopping centers comprising almost 5 million square feet throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. Currently we lease and manage 17 centers totaling 1.5 million square feet, and we count among our tenants some of the most prestigious brands in retail. It's our goal to provide the retail infrastructures that improve the quality of life within the community in which they serve.
